Dahiba Chhotubhai Amin Girls’ Hostel

A Commitment to Safe & Empowering Education for Girls

In 1996, the institution received approval from the Gujarat Government for higher secondary education. With the aim of providing a supportive and secure environment for girls from the Bakshi Panch community studying in grades 11 and 12, the Dahiba Chhotubhai Amin Girls’ Hostel was established in June 2000, with the approval of the Department of Developing Castes Welfare under the Social Justice and Empowerment Department. The hostel provides free accommodation, nutritious meals, and all necessary academic facilities. In this comfortable and secure atmosphere, young girls are progressing in their educational journey with confidence.

More than just a residence, this hostel stands as a powerful example of women’s education and empowerment, working toward strengthening girls’ rights to equality and education in society. Over the past 24 years, more than 800 girls have completed their higher secondary education here and built successful careers. Even today, the institution continues to uphold and honor the cause of education.
